Biography

Paula Bernier, formerly editor in chief of xchange magazine, is a veteran telecom reporter. Before launching her career as a freelance writer earlier this year, Bernier wor ked at xchange magazine, a Virgo Publishing title, for 11 years. Prior to that, Bernier was a senior writer at Inter@ctive Week. She got her start in telecom at Telephony magazine, where she spent more than five years, leaving as the news director. Bernier also been on the reporting staffs of various mainstream daily and weekly newspapers in Iowa, Minnesota and South Carolina.
